The Demon Deacons have now won consecutive games on the West Coast, 5 of their last 6 road games and 3 straight games overall as they defeated the Golden Bears 76-66. The Deacs turned in a season high 12 steals and shot 73.9% from the field in the second half. Wake guards Hunter Sallis and Cam Hildreth combined for 43 points and 13 rebounds with Hildreth swiping a season-high 5 steals, and Sallis grabbing 8 boards. Efton Reid also had himself an evening with a season-high 19 points with a block and a steal for WF. Freshman Jeremiah Wilkinson paced the Golden Bears with 21 points including 3 triples.
