The Cavaliers are looking to continue their rebuilding project in Charlottesville heading into 2017.
Last year, Virginia finished with a 2-10 overall record and 1-7 in the ACC. After starting the season with a 2-3 overall record and a win against Duke, the Cavaliers failed to secure another win the rest of the season.
It may not get any easier in 2017, as All Things ACC looks to predict their upcoming season. With Coach Mendenhall’s resume, Virginia should be a little better but it is still hard to find wins when taking a look at the upcoming schedule.
However, Virginia does have seven home games this upcoming season.
