The forward hasn't made a decision yet.
Syracuse Orange forward Chris McCullough is still considering entering the 2015 NBA Draft later this spring, according to syracuse.com.
From the syracuse.com report:
"Right now, he's concentrating on school and rehabbing," his uncle Andre McCullough said Monday. "He and his mom and dad are going to sit down at some point and talk about it. It's been on his mind. A lot of people have been asking him about it."
McCullough averaged 9.3 points and 6.9 rebounds per game in 16 games this season. His freshman season ended when he tore his ACL during a win against Florida State on Jan. 11.
Prior to the injury, most expected McCullough would declare for the draft following the season. Some even speculated that he would be a lottery pick.
Were McCullough to return for the 2015-16 season at Syracuse, he would surely be one of the focal points on an SU team expected to be among the country's elite. If he were to leave for the NBA, the Orange could once again experience some depth issues next season.
