Coach K and the Duke staff welcomed a new point guard into the fold for the 2017 class in Jordan Goldwire. Jordan will add depth to a squad that currently assuming Frank Jackson stays in the draft consists of just 8 scholarship players (now 9). Duke is still in contention and is the favorite to land Trevon Duval (the top point guard in the 2017 class) and is in the mix for 5 star small forward Kevin Knox. Both Knox and Duval plan on ending their recruitments and announcing within the next week or so.
